Immaculate cleanliness and maintenance, charming hosts, scenic garden views
Shower facilities could use more space!!! Signage regarding dog policies lacks clarity!!! Electric hookup instructions were insufficient!!! The lounge area remains unused, so why not make it more inviting? !!!

We had a fantastic stay, enjoying the amazing breakfasts with a wide choice, including fresh fruits and a delicious cooked option. The cozy atmosphere was complemented by the spacious lounge area, perfect for relaxing after our adventurous walks with our beloved dog.
In my wife’s opinion, more family activities could be offered.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The converted ground floor room was cozy and perfect after exploring beautiful local spots like Sennenk Cove and Land's End. The breakfast room and lounge were super inviting for relaxing evenings. A tip , make sure to check the WiFi signal as it can be spotty at times, but overall a great experience! Highly recommend for a fun getaway!
One issue we faced was with the cleanliness of the shared toilet facilities. Although generally okay, the showers could use some improvement regarding privacy, as there's no curtain to prevent water from getting everywhere.

Cozy and inviting lounge area.
During my stay, the host appeared indifferent and dismissive. I felt like my presence didn't matter, which was incredibly frustrating. The lounge, despite being well-stocked, was never utilized, indicating poor management of such a lovely space.

Charming, charming, charming.
I had the pleasure of staying in the Twin Room with Private Bathroom, and let me tell you, it was cozy! Breakfast was a feast with locally sourced ingredients, and Martin's smoked haddock was out of this world. Helen and Martin went above and beyond, even driving me to the start of my hike when public transport didn't work out.

The delightful atmosphere here is accentuated by the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches from the hosts. Breakfast is a true standout, featuring local produce and the perfect selection of items, including assorted muffins. Although the location is convenient, be prepared for some noise during the night that can be a bit disruptive to sleep.

Amazing breakfast and warm vibes!
Had an awesome stay for 3 nights! The breakfast was top-notch, especially loved the fresh fruit and the smoked haddock – yum! Location is nice, just a quick walk to St Just. Martin was super helpful, even drove me to the trailhead for my hike. Only downside was the spot could use a bit more attention to detail.
